ANNOUNCEMENTS

Twenty- Sixth Sunday in Ordinary Time – Year A

  1. 02nd October is the First Friday of the month. Holy Half Hour will be conducted by Zone 1 at 6:30 PM, followed by Mass at 7:00 PM.
  2. Sunday, 04th October is celebrated as Thanksgiving Day. The grains will be blessed at St. Roque Grotto at 8:30 AM followed by a procession to the church. The blessed rice paddy will be distributed to the parishioners after the 9:30 AM Mass.
  3. The members of Christian Life Community (CLC) Konkani Group are conducting the Novena and Rosary in honour of Our Lady of Fatima in Konkani from 5th October to 13th October at 5:45 PM in the church. Thanksgiving Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, 14th October at 5:00 PM in Konkani. All are cordially invited.
  4. Family Cell invites all married couples who celebrate their wedding anniversaries in the month of July, August, September and October to renew their marriage vows at the 9:30 AM Mass on Sunday, 11th October.
  5. The Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary will be commemorated on Sunday, 11th October. Please join the Rosary to be prayed at 6:00 pm in church, followed by Mass at 6:30 pm. After Mass there will be candlelight procession around the parish bearing the statue of Our Lady. Please bring a candle and come for the procession with your family.
  6. The OLEP Goldies Senior Citizen Association and The Hope & Life Association invites you to another programme “Golden Memories & Silver Strands” (in collaboration with the Marian FAM) followed by a preventive health care programme on measures of healthy living, conducted by Fr. Rocky Banz on Sunday, 11th October from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM in the College Hall. Kindly register with a contribution of Rs. 50/- per person at the Registration desk or at the Parish Office by Thursday, 8th October.
  7. Kripa Medical Dispensary has organized a Mammography and Pap Smear Camp on Sunday, 11th October, 2026 from 10:00 AM onwards. Registration for 30 women patients above the age of 40 years, on a first come first serve basis @ Rs.1000/- per person. Register at Kripa Medical Dispensary between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  8. Monday, 02nd November is All Souls Day. Kindly drop the Mass intention envelopes in the box marked “All Souls Day” placed in the church by 31st October.
  9. The Parish Office will be closed on Friday, 02nd October.
  10. Citizen Credit Co-operative Bank Ltd. announces Annual Awards for Excellence in Academics for the year 2025-26. For details kindly look up the Notice Board.
  11. Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs. 74,388/-. We thank you for your generosity.
