18-Oct Feast of St. Luke the Evangelist
- On Sunday, 12th October, as part of the crusade of the ‘Rosary Across India’, we will commemorate the feast of Our Lady of Rosary. We invite all our parishioners to join together in praying the Rosary in the church at 6:00pm, followed by Mass at 6:30pm. After Mass the statue of Our Lady will be carried around the parish in a candle light procession.
- Centre for Social Action (CSA) of the Archdiocese of Bombay, will be putting up sale of food products and other items made by the tribals in our Parish on Saturday 11th October & Sunday 12th October. Kindly patronise their stalls.
- The members of Christian Life Community (CLC) are offering a Thanksgiving Mass in honour of Our Lady of Fatima on Monday, 13th October at 5:00 pm in Konkani. All are cordially invited.
- 19th October is celebrated as Mission Sunday. A special basket collection will be done on 18th & 19th October at all Masses. This collection will be sent to the Archbishops House for the Missions. Kindly be generous.
- Sunday School Association will be conducting Vacation Bible Joy classes for children from Jr. K.G to Grade IX, from Monday 20th October to Saturday 25th October, 10:00 am to 12:30 pm in the St. Mary’s School classroom. Registration forms for a fee of Rs. 100/-are available with Sunday School Teachers and at the Parish Office.
- All are cordially invited to the Annual Marathi Retreat organised by the Marathi prayer group, Jeevan Vruksh Prarthana Sangh on 22nd and 23rd October, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in Mary Immaculate Girls High School Hall. Admission is free.
- Vacation for the Sunday School begins on 12th October. Sunday School will resume on Sunday, 9th November with Mass at 8:15 AM.
- Mass intention envelopes for 02nd November – All Souls Day, can be dropped in the box marked “All Souls Day” placed in the church.
- New Admission in Lower K.G is opened for Mary Immaculate Girl’s High School, Kalina from 7th October to 7th November. For more details check the school website.
- In view of our upcoming Parish Feast, our Parish Sports Committee, in collaboration with the Marian Youth Group, is organising an exciting Inter- Zone Sports Competition exclusively for our parishioners. The tournament will include Football, Cricket, Carrom, Chess and Throwball. Registrations are now open for FOOTBALL only. All interested players are requested to submit their names to their respective Zonal Coordinators. Last date to submit Football registration forms is 26th October. - OCWF Collection for the month of September 2025 amounted to Rs. 4,53,380/- and last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs. 77,876/-. God bless you all for your generosity.
