ANNOUNCEMENTS
11th February – World Day of the Sick
- We thank our parishioners for their full support at the Parish Feast Celebration. The entire event was a grand success.
- A big thank you to the Parish Priest team, Liturgy Committee, the PPC, the MYG Youth, Sponsors and all those who contributed to make the ‘Egyptian Family Nites 2025’ an enjoyable and memorable event.
- 11th February is THE FEAST OF OUR LADY OF LOURDES. It is a day dedicated to the sick. A special Mass for the sick and the homebound will be held on Tuesday, 11th February at 10:00 AM. Confessions will be held at 9:00 AM in the church. Zonal coordinators, animators and parishioners are requested to help in getting the sick, disabled and homebound to the Church and take them back home after Mass.
- A special Holy Childhood collection will be made this Sunday, 9th February at all Masses. This collection will be sent to the Archbishop’s House.
- On Sunday, 16th February, the sacrament of First Holy Communion will be administered to 42 children of our parish at the 11:00 AM Mass.
- There will be no Sunday School on 16th February and 02nd March.
- We thank Deacon Jewlyn Fialho, for his valuable service in Our Lady of Egypt Church from June 2024 to February 2025. We wish him all the very best in his priestly ministry.
- OCWF envelopes for the Month of February will be distributed today. Kindly drop your envelopes duly filled with all details, in the box marked “OLEP Community Welfare Fund”.
- Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs. 1,26,026/-.
OCWF Collection for the Month of January amounted to Rs.3,86,490/-.
