ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. Zone I be conducting the Station of the Cross on Friday, 13th March after the 7 PM Mass.
  2. Lenten Mission in English will be conducted by Rev. Fr. Bineesh John Macias on 14th and 15th March after the Evening Mass in the Church. We encourage our parishioners to attend in large numbers
  3. Sunday, 15th March is the last day of Sunday School for this academic year.
  4. Lenten Parish Confession will be held from Monday 23rd March to Wednesday 25th March from 5:30pm to 8:30pm in the church. There will be a break from 6:45pm to 7:30pm for Evening Mass. Guest priest will be available
  5. a. Registration forms for the Confirmation classes for the next academic year 2026-2027 will be available at the Parish Office from Sunday, 15th March. Duly filled forms along with copy of the baptism certificate should be submitted to the Parish Office by Sunday, 05th April.

     b. Confirmation classes will officially commence from 14th June on every Sunday from 5:00pm to 6:15 pm. Thereafter students have to attend the Youth Mass at 6:30 pm as it is an integral part of the preparation program.
    c. A heartfelt thanks to the current Confirmation batch 2025-26 for their “Love Offering” amounting to Rs. 67,702/-.

  6. The term of the current PPC members ends on 31st May 2026. A new Parish Pastoral Council will be elected and be in effect from 01st June 2026.
    An Election Committee comprising of Fr. Joshua D’souza, Fr. Amol Thopelya, Fr. Cliffy Fernandes, Sr. Sejal and Ronald Pereira is appointed to conduct the election process.

    PPC Elections will be held only in the following four communities on the below mentioned dates:
    Zone I – Holy Trinity on 19th March
    Zone II – Our Lady of Vailankanni on 25th March
    Zone III B – Holy Cross on 11th March
    Zone IV B – St. Joseph on 19th March
    The names of the candidates standing for elections for the above-mentioned communities is displayed on the Notice Board. In all the other Communities there is only one unopposed candidate hence no elections will be conducted. In Communities where there are no candidates for elections, the Parish Priest will nominate a coordinator/ leader for that Community.

  7. Kripa Medical Dispensary is holding a Blood Donation Camp on Palm Sunday, 29th March, from 8 am to 1 pm in the MARIAN KINDERGARTEN Section. Parishioners are encouraged to participate and contribute to this noble cause. Please refer to the banner in the church compound.
  8. It is brought to our notice that some individuals are approaching parishioners and inviting them for prayer or healing service in the name of Mother Mary. Parishioners are hereby informed that such permission is not granted by the Parish Priest.
  9. We appreciate the love for cats but we request our Parishioners not to feed cats in the church premises as they are messing up the church and the surrounding areas.
  10. Joseph Cardijn Technical Institute offers a month – long HOBBY COURSE – technical trade training, especially for students who have appeared for SSC, HSC and for college going students. For further details kindly look up the Notice Board.
  11. Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs. 74, 933/-. God bless you for your generosity.
