8th December Immaculate conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary
- Christmas Confessions will be held on Monday 15th, Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th December, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm in the Church. There will be a break from 6:45 PM to 7:30 pm for evening Mass. Confessions will resume after Mass. Guest priest will be available on all three days. Requesting the parishioners not to wait for the last day for Confessions.
- We invite all parishioners to participate in the ‘Marian Family Nites 2026 Jingle Contest’. Use your creativity to compose a peppy Jingle that captures the joy and spirit of the Parish Feast. Rules and regulations for the contest are displayed on the notice board. Last date for entries is Sunday, 7th December.
- Parishioners interested in hiring Food stalls for “Marian Family Nites 2026” on 31st January & 1st February on the church grounds, can collect the forms from the Parish Office. Allocation of stalls will be on First come First serve basis. Last date for submission of forms is 03rd January.
- Parish Calendars for the year 2026 will be distributed by the SCC Coordinators/Animators. Each family will be given one calendar
- All those who would like to purchase a copy of the Examiner Christmas Special colour magazine which will be published on 20th December, can contact the Examiner representative at the church porch.
- The youth of St. Anthony’s Vakola is organising a 2-day fete, Yuva Fiesta: ‘A parish classic screening’ on 27th & 28th December. Kindly refer to the Notice Board for further details.
- OCWF Envelopes for the Month of December will be distributed today. Please drop your envelopes duly filled with all details, in the box marked “OLEP Community Welfare Fund”
- Last Sunday’s Collection amounted to Rs.85,003/-. We thank you for your generosity.
