ANNOUNCEMENTS

Sunday 1st June – Solemnity of the Ascension of the Lord

  1. We thank Fr. Sravan Kumar for his 6 years of dedicated service ministry in our parish. He is transferred to Infant Jesus Church, Dombivli. We wish him a fruitful ministry in his new Parish.
  2. We extend a warm welcome to Fr. Cliffy Fernandes, to Our Lady of Egypt Church. We wish him a fruitful ministry in Kalina.
  3. 06th June is the First Friday of the month. Holy Half Hour will be conducted at 6:30 pm by Eucharist Ministers, followed by Mass at 7 pm.
  4. Novena Prayer in honour of St. Anthony of Padua will be recited after the 7:30 AM and 7 PM Mass from 4th June to 12th June. The Grotto will be kept open in the evening on all Novena days for veneration. The Feast Mass, will be celebrated on 13th June at 7PM. Bread will be blessed and distributed on all the Novena days after the 7pm Mass at the St. Anthony’s Grotto.
  5. The Rose of Sharon Prayer group is organising a Pentecost Sunday programme on 8th June, from 4 pm to 6 pm in the Church.
  6. Mass bookings for July to December 2025 will be open from 12th June. Only 5 intentions will be accepted per family. Kindly bring your intentions neatly typed or written
  7. Sunday School will begin on 15th June, with Mass at 8:15 am, followed by class from 9:30am to 10:30am.
  8. Marian Youth group in fellowship with Goan Outreach Association is organising a half day seminar on Corporate Career and Opportunities by renowned experts, on 15th June at 10.30 am in the Community Hall. Youth are encouraged to register at the church porch at a fee of Rs.50/-. For further details look up the poster on the Notice Board.
  9. The Archdiocese is organizing the ‘Deepen Your Faith’ course for adults from 28th June to 29th November at St. Andrew’s College, Bandra. For more details, please refer to the Notice Board.
  10. Parish office will be closed on Saturday, 07th June.
  11. OCWF Envelopes for the month of June will be distributed today. Please drop your envelopes duly filled with all details, in the box marked “OLEP Community Welfare Fund”.
  12. Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs. 71,925/- God bless you all for your generosity.
