ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. On 29th March Palm Sunday, palms will be blessed on the Church ground at 8:00am followed by procession to the Church.
  2. On Sunday, 29th March, Mass in the Church will be at 6:00 pm instead of 6:30pm.
    The procession to St. Roque for Veronica’s Singing will start immediately after the 6:00pm Mass. The procession will start from the Church via Kunchi Kurve to St. Roque and return by the same route. Preaching at St. Roque Grotto by Fr. John Lopes.
  3. “Enhance your Lenten journey” by donating blood, on Palm Sunday, 29th March, in the KG Section of St. Mary’s High School, from 8 am to 1 pm.
  4. On Friday, 03rd April, the Outdoor Stations of the Cross organised by the Marian Youth group will begin at 7:00 am from the church.
    Stations of the Cross in English will be conducted at 10:00 am and 11:00 am in the church.
  5. The Holy week Services will be held on the Church grounds.
    The service timings will be as follows:
    • 02nd April – Maundy Thursday
    First Service at 5:30pm & Second Service at 7:30pm
    Adoration in the Church conducted by Sisters of Mary Immaculate will begin immediately after the Second Service.

    • 03rd April – Good Friday
    First Service at 5:30pm & Second Service at 7:30pm

    His Eminence Oswald Cardinal Gracias will be the main celebrant for the Easter Vigil Service on Saturday, 04th April at 8:00pm.
    Parishioners are requested to carry candles for the Easter Vigil service.

  6. On Easter Sunday 05th April, Masses in the morning will be at 7am in Marathi, 8:15am and 9:30am in English. There will be no evening Mass.
  7. Holy Water will be available at Calvary Cross after the Easter Vigil Mass. Parishioners are requested to carry their own bottles.
  8. Novena in honour of Divine Mercy begins on Good Friday 03rd April, at 2:45pm in the Church. Thanksgiving Mass on the Feast of Divine Mercy is on Sunday, 12th April at 9:30am and Holy hour will be conducted at 2:30 pm in the church.
  9. Parish Office will be closed from Thursday, 02nd April to Monday, 06th April for the Holy Week preparations.
  10. The Holiday schedule for Masses begins from Monday, 13th April to Sunday, 14th June (both days inclusive). All Masses will be in English. The Mass timings will be as follows:
    Weekdays 7:30 am and 7:00 pm
    Sunday 7 am, 8:15 am, 9:30 am and 6:30 pm
  11. Last Sunday’s collection amounted to Rs. 81,274/-. God bless you for your generosity.
